Serious matter

It is disastrous, to neglect the things you know you ought to do. The conversation you are supposed to have, the talent you have been gifted with and should be working on, and spending time with the people you care about the most and love deeply. One day, it will be too late.

One day, you will hear your doctor saying things you wish you would have never heard. One day, you will receive a phone call and it will change your whole life. One day, it will be the last day you will have the chance to make things right and to do what you are supposed to be doing.

While this world tries to keep us in a rut for things they conduct us to do, it is only God´s will that matters. Disobedience is costly.

´(15) Be very careful, then, how you live — not as unwise but as wise, (16) making the most of every opportunity because the days are evil. (17) Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord´s will is. — Ephesians 5:15–17

Today. Not tomorrow, not in one hour, not after the exam is passed, and not when project X has been conducted, no, right now. Right now is the time to do what you know you have to do deep inside.

Who promised you that you would wake up tomorrow?
